Yes, but trays must be removed before eating or drinking anything other than water.

When aligners are in, only water is safe. Hot drinks, soda, coffee, tea, or wine can stain or warp the trays. Once trays are out, you can eat anything—but sticky candy, gum, and very hard foods are best avoided since they can damage teeth or attachments.
